Elephant Safari Itinerary

Day 1-2: Savuti

Your guide will meet and pick you up at Kasane. He will take you through orientation of the trip and then eventually transfer you on 4x4 wheel drive vehicle to Savuti where you will camp for 2 nights.

We rise early and after coffee/tea and a healthy snack we board our game viewing vehicle. A game drive takes us into southern part of Chobe National Park towards Savuti. Lunch will be served at the camp.

Savuti is a suitable place that no one would like to miss on a holiday trip. It is popularly known for its unique experience of abundance in wildlife species and beautiful landscape covered with mash of grass.

Amazing sighting for cats such as lions and leopards has been a memorable experience since the place existed. Old bull elephants are notable and permanently residing in the area. Secretary birds, kori bustards, carmine bee-eaters and fish eagles are the common highlight birding species in Savuti.

Day 3-4: Khwai

A game drive takes us into Khwai where we set up camp for the next two nights. A packed lunch will be served en route or in camp. The early morning and late afternoons are set aside for game viewing.

Khwai is reach in ever green trees and wildlife such as predators and prey. Lions and leopards sighting are some of the common game viewing highlights in the area, as well as exceptional birding such as kingfishers and wattled crane amongst many.

This area encompasses of wetlands where water based activities are the best to experience the flood plains formed by the presently listed heritage site, the Okavango Delta.

Our trips are conducted by qualified professional guides who are well equipped with the knowledge of the wildlife, culture and history of the attractions as well as the country. Day 5: Departure

After a last breakfast from one of the Bed & breakfast in Maun, you will drive back home.
